Delivery of spare parts/accessories:

Our policy is to dispatch good on orders received before 3pm Monday – Thursday and by 12pm Fridays. We do not dispatch goods on weekends.

If your order is sent via Royal Mail there 1st Class Service now takes between 1-3 days, if you have selected a courier service, the delivery for this is next working day before 3pm (excludes weekends).

Goods are covered for loss or damage whilst in transit, however you must inform us of damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of goods and mark the delivery note as ‘Damaged’ for this insurance to be valid, signing for goods as undamaged/unchecked releases both ourselves and our couriers for any damages. In signing for the item you are agreeing that it has arrived successfully and undamaged meaning a later claim will not be considered.

* Deliveries to Highlands, North Ireland and UK non main-land take at least 2 working days and surcharges apply.

Free Delivery Over £60

Free delivery is only for orders placed on our website. Telephone orders do not receive the free delivery option. Free Delivery service is 3-5 working days and excludes scooters

Delivery of Scooters:

Once your order has been placed we will contact you to arrange a specific delivery date. We use a national carrier (TNT) for the deliveries and the majority of delivery vehicles do have a tail-lift however not all vehicles are fitted with a tail-lift so we do ask that there is somebody there that will assist the driver in unloading. Please be aware that the scooter weighs in excess of a 100kgs.

Delivery can take place anytime between 8am and 6pm and unfortunately we are unable to advise a specific time for delivery.

Again we ask you inspect the item on delivery and should there be any cosmetic damage sign for ‘as damaged’ and contact us immediately.

Returns

All returns (except those due to incorrect goods supplied or faulty parts) are subject to the purchaser paying for delivery back to us. All goods must be unused and returned back to us as new condition along with all packaging and documentation.

Spares Returns

If you need to return your item for an exchange you must do so within 14 days of delivery. All items returned must be in an unused condition. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR FULL NAME AND DELIVERY ADDRESS INCLUDING TELEPHONE NUMBER AND DETAILS OF THE EXCHANGE. All original tags and all original packing must be kept. If you would like to return an item after 7 days we may be able to arrange this but you will be asked to pay a re-delivery charge. We do not usually accept returns for a refund. If this is authorised it would be a refund less the original delivery cost and a 20% re-stocking fee.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Scooter Returns

Scooters which are not personalised to a consumer are cancellable in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive. You should notify us either in writing or by email that you wish to cancel within 7 days

Scooter which have been personalised (the scooter has been registered in the customers name as first registered keeper) still come under the regulations jurisdation but cancellation rights do not apply (Regulation 13 - EU Distance Selling Directive)
